About the role:
Carries out routine clerical accounting duties in a specific accounting area, accounting agenda on the basic level.
Your key duties and responsibilities as a/an Position:
• Accounting of travels, consumption of fuel, related statistics
• Sales representations month expenses statements – reviewing and accounting
Intrastat report of company in Slovakia
• Manual invoices issuing
• Preparing VAT documentation for VAT reporting abroad (submitted by KPMG)
• Accounting of cash and checking of bank postings
• Inventory taking of specific accounts specified by Lead Accountant
• Collecting of data for creation and update of supplier/customer data in SAP system
• Communication with KPMG (tax advisors) regarding VAT registrations + INTRASTAT abroad
• Communications with sales representations
