Náplň (druh) práce

- Communicate with Samsung sales offices and Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
- Communicate with other internal departments(Packing Centre, Cost & Claim, Security, FG Control Tower team, RPM, HR, etc)
- Customer service towards sales offices includes problem-solving activity
- Providing daily outbound list for Logistics Service Providers
- Attending web - calls, meetings if requested
- Logistics operations (daily planning of shipments, reporting towards management and partners, In transit checking, Daily Delivery status to final customers checking)
- Checking the status of the created delivery orders (communication with Logistic Service Provider and sales offices): WH preparation, loading, transportation and documentation)
- KPI management
- Managing occurring express delivery requests
- Return goods management
