About the role:
IT Operations Business Partner is a liaison between IT and the Business Units manufacturing.

Your key duties and responsibilities as an IT Operations Business Partner:
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key Business Unit stakeholders
• Provide one proactive channel for manufacturing business demands into IT
• Gather, interpret, and shape demand for new IT requirements across the Business Unit
• Act as a voice for IT throughout the Business Unit and as a lead for specific projects
• Provide advice and consultancy to the business in relation to IT matters
• Drive adoption of new and existing systems to ensure business change / value is delivered
• Drive Manufacturing Excellence; for example, Business Continuity Planning and continuous-improvement activities
• Act as a catalyst for the development of new products and services
• Oversee and contribute to the management of projects originating from Global IT; providing facilitation and project ‘brokerage’ to ensure smooth delivery/implementation
• Manage both Capex and Opex budgets proactively
• Assist in the prioritization of projects, ensure that projects align with the IT strategic plan
