About the role:
You will be supporting Design & Development projects across the Ostomy Care and Continence Care Business Units.

Your key duties and responsibilities:
• Ensuring effective Design Transfer of new products into production and works closely with manufacturing site teams
• Ensuring compliance applicable with global Quality Management System regulations
• Providing leadership and support as a subject expert in Design Control
• Actively supporting New Product Development and post launch Change Control activities
• Supporting the development of comprehensive Quality Control Plans that meet the standards and requirements appropriate for the type of product
• Investigating product / process performance issues and participates in multifunctional evaluation of products in the market
• Supporting Complaint investigations through Root Cause Analysis and effective Corrective or Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Performing internal and supplier process audits as required to support New Product Development
• Actively contributing to and, where appropriate, leading the improvement of Quality Systems such as Design Controls and Risk Management, identifying and reporting opportunities for improvement to peers and management
• Providing input to post launch / lifecycle management activities and taking responsibility for the measuring and monitoring of performance against agreed KPIs
• Evaluating data using statistical tools
