Náplň (druh) práce

H&S and Fire Protection Specialist will keep the R&D work on a high level of safety and fire protection. A dedicated person will be responsible for maintaining all HSE and Fire activities.

- Implement the HSE and Fire protection rules in accordance with valid legislation;
- responsible for waste management including waste separation;
- check whether HSE and hygiene rules and regulations are being followed in all production and non-production areas;
- set up the rules for Safety equipment usage for all employees;
- arrange and execute HSE and Fire trainings;
- investigate the accidents and injuries; ensure that corrective actions are taken; provide measures to prevent such accidents;
- maintain reports about work accidents and HSE fire statistics in accordance with valid legislation;
- ensure that the employees know and understand hazards, risks, and protective measures;
- use labels, signs, and color coding to provide warnings about hazards;
propose corrective actions in case of not following the rules and regulations;
- develop the work instructions valid for current work activities in the workplace;
- prepare the PPE purchase plan;
- cooperate and communicate with state or regional authorities to the extent defined by the current version of Act no. 124/2006 Coll. and related legislative norms and amendments;
- carry out preventive fire inspections;
- determine places with an increased risk of fire and the number of members of fire patrols;
- conduct training on fire protection and training of fire patrols;
- develop, manage, and maintain fire protection documentation in accordance with the actual situation;
- determine the requirements for fire safety when using the building and when changing the use of the building;
- organize and evaluate practice fire alarm drills.
