About the role:
As an EHS Lead you will be responsible for application of all health and safety, fire protection and environment standards in the plant.
Your key duties and responsibilities as an EHS Lead:
• Verify the compliancy of machines, installation and people behavior
• Report all legal documents and indicator in term of health and safety, fire protection and environment
• Actively participate in the improvement of the health and safety, fire protection and environment
• Fully responsible for the compliance of the plant with legislation and Convatec global policies in area of health and safety, fire protection and environment
• Establishing and maintaining safety culture and awareness in the plant
• Implement, maintain and supervise the compliance of policies, laws and rules for health and safety, fire protection and environment
• Responsible for achieving defined KPIs and objectives for EHS area
