About the role:
• To secure the processes in production are uniform, following the best practice in terms of efficiency and quality across production shifts as well as adhering experience from other centers across the Manufacturing unit
• To ensure new processes are implemented and maintained without variations across production teams/shifts
• To secure deputizing of production supervision


Your key duties and responsibilities as a Technology/Process Engineer:
• Daily mapping the overall efficiency of production facilities / lines (OEE) with the production and support team
• Initiates process improvements (Lean, TPM, Kaizen, etc.) - responsibility for continuous improvement of production and support processes
• Initiates and cooperates with other departments for validation of new machines and materials / validation of the production process
• Internal audits participation / performing 5S audits
• Defines work procedures for given workplaces / machines
• Creation of the internal documentation (working procedures - PI, WI, SOP, etc.)
• Reporting
• Identifies the causes of nonconformacne and proposes measures to eliminate them (creation / update of action plans) and evaluation of the results of analysis from the RCA
• Initiates activities to reduce the number of defects in the production process
• Provides training of internal and new employees from the production processes
• Prepares calculations and analysis
