About the role:
As a Senior Manager – Product Labeling you will manage labelling organization providing leadership and direction, interfacing with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Legal, Package Engineering and Site Operations. As Senior Manager – Product Labeling you will be managing a team of 20 employees such a Label Change Associates, Graphic Artists and proof readers. You will be responsible for producing labeling artwork for our products.
The Labeling team is part of Global Packaging and Labeling. We are responsible for all packaging of Convatec product – and as part of this product labeling. Product labeling department covers labels on products and Instructions for Use.


Your key duties and responsibilities as a Senior Manager - Product Labeling:
• Daily management of the team
• Establish strong internal relationships with operational functions, as well as external links and working relationships with Marketing Logistics, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Sourcing and Quality
• Manage complex processes
• Proactively working with external partners to mitigate potential risks
• Responsible for the label artwork system
• Drive a high level of accountability
• Demonstrates ability to influence employees on all levels
• Ability to establish the departmental budget and standard costs
• Ensure development and training of employees
• Educate / develop self & others in appropriate skills to maintain competitive advantage
