About the role:
Supports/leads projects and activities regarding operations projects at Convatec Michalovce. Manage assigned projects and drive good project techniques through the organization.
Your key duties and responsibilities as a Project Coordinator:
• Managing/supporting and implementing of projects
• Discuss and agree the opportunities with stakeholders and define the project scope and goals
• Support elimination and removing /eliminate and remove obstacles and barriers, which can be raised during project performance from different reasons as time reasons, communication, knowledge reasons or resource constraint reasons
• Carry out the tasks, which are assigned to the role within the Implementation projects plans
• Support Carrying out business risk related projects such as material discontinuation, process improvements projects, complaint or CAPA related projects, cost reduction projects as per need in the organization
• Responsible for keeping a projects tasks deadline and timely communication in case of changes in the time schedule
• Update documentation identified in project plan
• Driving kick-offs and tracking meetings to ensure all project team members understand the project importance , timeline and their duties
• Preparation of pre assessments (business case) and charters prior a project is introduced to governance board
• Keep an entire overview of all running projects including their details, status slides deck preparations for presentations purposes
