TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMERS

The main job description about the position:

·         Supporting customers and the Sales department by providing technical advice

·         Monitoring the manufacturability of products at customers and defining quality assortment

criteria.

·         Planning and directing actions to optimize the suitability, approval and development of our

products in the markets.

·         Tracking product evaluations with customers

·         Tracking new product developments at the customer.

The employee in the above position works very closely with the development and sales staff at Nexis Fibers Inc. Other activities of his work are directed towards the collection of technical data related to products and their use in applications or products.
