Truck Driver C (Shunter) in the Netherlands (4500 Eur Brutto/month)

Do you speak English and want to work in the field of transport and logistics? Then you are in the right place! A Dutch company that is dealing with the rent, selling, repair and maintenance of storage and office units and the transport of bulk and heavy goods is looking for a shunter.

Job description:

• As a shunter, you are responsible for changing the containers and ensuring that your colleagues in the sorting hall can continue to perform their work smoothly
• You will be moving the containers by means of a hook truck
• You must clearly register the bins that you move in the system (this is done by means of an on-board computer)

Requirements:

• The worker we are looking for is motivated and has a real hands-on mentality 
• C category driver’s licence is necessary (C-E would be better)
• It is recommended to already have experience with a hook truck, but in case you don’t have that, we will teach you of course
• You will need physical strength in your arms (the steel doors of the containers do not open and close by themselves)
• You can work in a team or independently 
• English language B2/C1 level (upper-intermediate to fluent)
• Availability to relocate in The Netherlands 
• You must be a citizen of a country within the E.U.

• Weekly wages, transferred into your account every Thursday
